Ultra PassWatch Additional Service Specific Terms
Your use of the Ultra PassWatch feature, product, or service (“Ultra PassWatch”) made available through Our UltraVPN or UltraAV Services is subject to, and shall be governed by, the UltraVPN Terms of Service or UltraAV Terms of Service, depending on which Service you have a Subscription for (“Terms”) and these additional Service Specific Terms for Ultra PassWatch (the “Ultra PassWatch Specific Terms”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Terms and these Ultra PassWatch Specific Terms, the Ultra PassWatch Specific Terms will govern and apply with respect to Ultra PassWatch or any use thereof.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as the definition given to such terms in the Terms.
1. Ultra PassWatch. Ultra PassWatch is a cross-platform password manager tool made available as a mobile application (or “app”) and a browser extension that can be used with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, as well as native iOS and Android applications. If you have an applicable UltraAV or UltraVPN Subscription that includes Ultra PassWatch (e.g. as a bundle or as an add-on), Ultra PassWatch will be provided to you as a part of or with your Subscription to the UltraAV or Ultra VPN Services, and can be accessed by using your existing account credentials associated with your UltraAV or UltraVPN Subscription. Ultra PassWatch will generally be made available via the Google or Apple App stores and extension stores, but may also be, from time to time, made available as a downloadable offering you can download and install, such as for Firefox. By entering your password, login information, or other access credentials or enabling information (“Credentials”) for storage or use with Ultra PassWatch, you (a) confirm that you own this information and have the right to provide it to Us and (b) authorize Us to use such information as contemplated herein.
Upon installation, Ultra PassWatch will allow you to utilize its browser extension to securely save, store, manage, and autofill your Credentials. However, due to the nature of the offering and dependency on the internet and third party operated browsers, we do not, and cannot, guarantee that the Ultra PassWatch Service will be 100% secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You understand and agree that if you use, access, or download this Service, or otherwise obtain or transmit materials, data, or other content while using the Service, you do so at your discretion and risk. Depending on whether you use the Services via certain desktop web browsers, mobile web browsers, or download and access the Service via mobile applications, the specific functionalities or features of the Service may vary.
If you elect to use this Service to save, store, manage, or auto-fill your Credentials, such Credentials will be encrypted on your Device using a master password (“Master Password”). Once configured, you can use your Master Password to access the Service and decrypt your encrypted Credentials on your Device. After being encrypted on your Device, your Credentials will be sent to us in an encrypted format through a secure connection for storage in order to enable synchronization with your other Devices.
The Ultra PassWatch Service provides two features:
1) Password Detection – which, when open or used, will automatically detect passwords while you browse and encrypt them on your Device with your Master Password in order to save them. You can decide to turn off this feature at any time in the settings section of the Service.
2) Password Completion – which, when open or used, will automatically fill in, on the web pages you are visiting, with the Credentials of the associated online accounts you have stored for that web page and will automatically log you in.
By downloading and installing the Ultra PassWatch Service, you further understand and expressly agree that the applicable logo (or box) for Ultra PassWatch will be installed accordingly and will appear on your browser or your mobile OS in order to enable your access to the Ultra PassWatch Service.
2. Limitations on Your Use. When using Ultra PassWatch, you may NOT issue, disclose, or share your Master Password to any third parties under any circumstances. We are not and will not be responsible for the actions of any individuals who access, misuse, or misappropriate your account information, or any other assets of yours, that were accessed or enabled by using your Master Password. In addition, all other limitations and restrictions stated in the Terms shall remain applicable to use of this Service.
3. Service Specific Privacy Notice. If you access or use Ultra PassWatch, you understand and agree that the following privacy notice describes the data processing practices, including information collection or disclosure, that may vary from our general UltraVPN Privacy Policy or UltraAV Privacy Policy, and will apply in addition to the terms of the UltraAV Privacy Policy. These privacy notice terms should be read in conjunction with the UltraAV Privacy Policy, and where there is an inconsistency between the UltraAV Privacy Policy and this notice, this terms of this notice prevails with respect to any element of Ultra PassWatch:
- Information collected may include username, password, email address, token information, and other login credentials or information you may provide us for storage or management to facilitate our provision of the Services and its functionalities. We may collect your IP address, URLs, and limited device information as needed to provide you Ultra PassWatch for your Devices.
- We use the information about you (which you may provide to us or we may collect from your use of the Services) to provide the Service to you, to verify your identity, manage entitlement, to enable you to access the accounts, platforms, or pages associated with your Credentials, and to protect against fraud. We organize usernames, URLs and encrypted passwords of users to allow them to synchronize this data across all Devices, and to share or bequeath Credentials if you have chosen to do so. Ultra PassWatch is not able to decrypt your encrypted passwords or access your Master Password because the encryption and the decryption of these passwords occurs on your Device, and with a Master Password that only you know. Ultra PassWatch never stores your Master Password on any server.
- Ultra PassWatch does not have access to or knowledge of an account holder’s Master Password or encryption keys. Therefore, any account disclosure required by law, under a subpoena, would be limited to basic account information associated with a user and their Subscription, such as the account holder’s name and account term.
